ISSUE OF EQUITY

London : 30 September 2004. On 29th September 2003 Agricola Resources PLC issued and allocated 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 1 pence per share. The shares were issued to J.P. Jenkins Limited, the market maker in OFEX traded securities. This has been done to aid liquidity in the Company's shares. These shares rank pari passu in all respects to the existing share capital of the company. Following the issue of the shares detailed above the issued share capital of the company is 53,528,137 ordinary shares of 1 pence.
