CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

London : 26 September 2004. The company wishes to announce that on Thursday 25th September 2003, the Chairman and Chief Executive Dr David Hargreaves resigned from the board and contemporaneously was replaced by Dr Robert Young. Mr Christopher Butler also resigned at the same time and the board will not immediately replace him as Non Executive Director. The directors of Agricola accept responsibility for this announcement.
