RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

London : 22nd March 2004 - At 9.30 am the Annual General Meeting of Agricola Resources PLC (Agricola) was held. All resolutions were passed including the resolution to exercise the option on platinum exploration in the Shetland Islands as outlined in the Annual Report 2003. Agricola has now been empowered in platinum exploration and development. As a result it has completed the option agreement with Beowulf Gold plc to obtain the exclusive exploration rights to the Sandison's Property in the Isle of Unst, Shetland Islands. This has resulted in the issue to Beowulf Gold plc of 7,500,000 new ordinary shares in Agricola. As a result, Beowulf Gold plc will hold 9.88% of the increased share capital of Agricola. In addition Agricola has made application for further exploration permits in Sweden and Northern Ireland, further details of which will be announced shortly. The reapplication of Agricola to the OFEX Market has been successful and OFEX has agreed to restore trading in the Company's shares at 08.00 tomorrow, the 23rd March 2004.
