HOLDING IN COMPANY

London : 16 December 2003. The directors were advised by facsimile sent at 14.33 Dubai time on 16th December 2003 that Balgowan Investments Limited sold 3,000,000 of its holding of 3,960,279 shares in the company on 29th October 2003. Accordingly as a result of this sale that company's holding has reduced from 6.78% to 1.64% of the issued capital of the company.
