SHAREHOLDING NOTIFICATION

The Company has been notified that following their subscription to the placing announced on 14th October 2003 the Resources Investment Trust plc has acquired a further 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company and now holds 8,166,667 shares, 13.98% of the Company's issued capital.
