DIRECTORATE CHANGES 13th October 2005

London 13 October 2005. Agricola Resources PLC ("Agricola") the OFEX-traded uranium exploration and development company announces that Mr. Gavin Burnell has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Burnell was responsible for helping the Company raise funds when there were major management changes in the Company a few years ago. Ruegg and Co Limited, for whom he acts as a corporate adviser, remain as Advisors to the Company. He is thanked for all the help he has given to the Company. Mr. James Negaard has been appointed a director of Agricola. Mr Negaard is British of part Norwegian decent and has extensive business experience in Scandinavia. He will be responsible for contacts with the Finnish Government and for studying the uranium markets worldwide for Agricola. Mr Negaard owns 300,000 shares in Agricola. Director's holdings in the Company now stand at 2.08% of the issued share capital. The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
