EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

The Company announces that Mr. Bruce Rowan, the company's largest shareholder, has today exercised eight million eight hundred thousand (8,800,000) warrants at an exercise price of 1p per warrant. This will provide the company with a valuable increase in its working capital of GBP88,000. Following the issue of these new ordinary shares Mr. Rowan's stake in the issued capital of the company rises to 27.94%. His new holding is 25,378,571 shares and the new issued capital is 90,849,460 ordinary shares of 1p each.
