DIRECTORATE CHANGES

The Directors of Agricola Resources plc ("Agricola" or "the Company"), the Plus Listed uranium Exploration Company, are pleased to announce the appointment of Gregory ("Bill") Fry to the Board. Mr Fry will present Energy Ventures Limited the 29.9% share holder in Agricola in addition to Dr Frazer Tabeart. Mr Fry has more than 18 years corporate experience in the mining and resources industry, specialising in accounting, management, business development and general corporate activities. Over the past 12 years Mr Fry has been an Executive Director of Eclipse Resources, a private resource equities investment fund, as well as several other private companies with activities that included minerals exploration, mining and quarrying, land development and waste management. Prior to this Mr Fry was a senior taxation and corporate advisor with an international accounting firm. Mr Fry is an Executive Director of African Energy Resources and Norrland Resources Limited and the Managing Director of Oval Biofuels Limited and was previously a Director of Marford Nominees Pty Ltd, PRM Pty Ltd and Eclipse Resources Pty Ltd. Dr Jan Ola Larsson will step down as a director of the Company, but will continue to work for Agricola in Sweden. The Board thanks Dr Larsson for his contribution as a Director of the Company.
