Issue of Shares: 31st August 2005

The directors issued 2,002,000 new ordinary shares on 31st August 2005, to four holders of Warrants. These were exercised at one penny per share, yielding a useful GBP20,020 to the working capital of the company. One of the warrant holders who exercised his right to acquire shares is Dr Robert Young, the chairman and chief executive of the company, who exercised 1.25 million warrants. When added to the 400,000 shares owned by Mr. Scutt this means that directors now own 1,650,000 shares or 1.78% of the issued capital of the company.
