London 01 November 2005. The Company issued 14,144,729 new ordinary shares yesterday to some thirty eight persons, who have exercised warrants that were due to expire. Mr Newstone, the Company's finance director has exercised 222,200 warrants, having sold two million to others, who immediately exercised them. The Company's largest shareholder, Mr R B Rowan, has exercised 3,735,000 options and following this issue his holding together with that of his wife is 30,078,571 shares out of a new total of 107,948,885. That is 27.86% of the Company's ordinary shares.
Directors shareholdings are now 2,137,000 ordinary shares which is 1.98% of the share capital of the Company.
Richard Newstone, finance director, commented: "The £141,447 raised by this issue of shares will significantly improve the working capital of the company and increase its options when planning its exploration programme."
